Hi Centers are you looking for Outbound Tech Support campaign
Than One of our US based client is looking for quality service providers who can do Outbound sales for tech support
I. Offering Remote support to sell incident /subscription to new customers
II. Upgrading from incidents
III. Clients expectation 1 incident/subscriptions /Up-gradations per Day (SPD) per agent
depending on how good they are in telesales.
IV. Minimum Seats to start : 10
V. Payout: 35% to 40% (as per centre's Experiance )commission on the total transactions done.
VI. Payment Cycle: First Payment will be after 3 weeks after that it will be weekly.
Training: Provided Online. On-Site training also provided. (Center will bear all expenses of 2 Training Managers which includes To & Fro Travel, Hotel Accommodation, and Local Travelling & All other extra expenses incurred).
VII. Centers have to deal with existing/new customers of the client.
VIII. So at-least 6 months of experience is required in ISP/peripherals/software trouble shooting.
